CredMC stores the information needed to provide Minecraft-linked profiles and community reputation features.
Information used by CredMC
- Your Minecraft UUID and current username, used to identify your account.
- Profile details you add, such as your biography and social links.
- REP votes and vouches or scam reports, including their text, tags, author, and date. These appear on public player profiles.
- Short-lived sign-in challenge and session records. CredMC does not ask for or store your Minecraft password.
- Hashed request identifiers used to enforce rate limits.
Minecraft profile information
When a player profile is viewed or searched, CredMC may request publicly available account and skin information from Minecraft services. Skin and username information is displayed to identify the matching player.
Storage and cookies
CredMC uses essential browser cookies to complete Minecraft sign-in and maintain your session. Account and community data is stored by CredMC to operate the service. Session cookies are HttpOnly and are not used for advertising.
Public information
Player profiles, biographies, social links, REP totals, and submitted vouches or scam reports can be viewed by other visitors. Do not include private or sensitive information in public profile content.
